I am an unconventional Counsellor/Psychotherapist with a wide range of personal research in human behaviour from a wide range of background perspectives such as social, cultural, religious, psycho sexual, instinctive, environmental, physical, holistic ,spiritual etc, which allows me to have a deep insight while working with my clients. My main goal is to help my clients to find balance, deep understanding of themselves and to find the most efficient way of dealing with whatever issues they may present with.

I hold a degree in Counselling, Psychotherapy with Glyndwr University, Wales. I have over three years of experience consulting adults, teenagers and couples.  I mainly work from an Cognitive Therapy and Existential therapy approach.
