In addition to providing individual counselling, we aim to educate and raise awareness of various issues that are common and that we all come across at some point in our lives, whether directly or through affected family members, partners or friends.
Cork Counselling at the Hazelton Clinic offers various awareness and education programs, as well as one-day seminars and workshops. New courses starting in February 2012 are listed below. Early registration is necessary as maximum number of participants is limited to 12.
1. Parenting Programme: next starting date to be announced. Please call the reception to put your name down for the next group.
- Course for parents of children of all ages. Focus of group is to gain important tools for communication between parents and children
- Course facilitator: Marianne Draper.
- Course Duration: 6 weeks

- Price: €290 per participant or €500 per couple

2. Self Esteem & Confidence Building: Starting Thursday, 15th March 2012.
- Course focuses on confidence building, improving of relationships, learning valuable techniques of healthy self-esteem enhancement.

- Course duration: 6 weeks
- Thursday 6.45-9.30 pm
